The UNCOM Database System is an integrated data system designed to track contact participation, maintain program activities and outcomes, generate rosters, and provide reporting and data search capabilities across UNCOM agencies and other partner organizations.

Funded by Healthy Kids, Healthy Communities, a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, MCOPP is an inclusive, local coalition with the goal of reducing childhood obesity in Milwaukee through environmental and policy changes that promote healthy eating and active living.

The UNCOM Violence Prevention Initiative partners with the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and the Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program in an effort to decrease rates of violence in identified areas of Milwaukee and strengthen community capacity to prevent future violence. The project uses proven models of community engagement and best practices among UNCOM partner agencies to create safe communities for Milwaukee residents.

UNCOM YEAR ROUND INNOVATIVE YOUTH PROGRAM
Funded by the Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board (MAWIB), the UNCOM Year Round Innovative Youth program provides support and service to out of school youth age 16 to 20 in working to accomplish their educational and occupational goals.

The Zilber Neighborhood Initiative is committed to improving the quality of life in Milwaukee neighborhoods by making them better places for people to live, work, learn, and play. As a ZNI operating partner, UNCOM provides technical assistance for human services program design to other ZNI partners and works collaboratively with funded neighborhoods to support programs for improving those communities.

The Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service is a multimedia website that provides objective, professional reporting on issues affecting local communities. NNS focuses on offering coverage of communities and topics that may be under-reported by traditional media outlets. NNS is working to provide a more complete picture of Milwaukee neighborhoods.

Funded by the Helen Bader Foundation, UNCOM member agencies and two associate arts member organizations (Holton Youth + Family Center, Lighthouse Youth Center, and Neu-Life Community Resource Center) offer youth arts education programs with professional art educators in several artistic mediums. As part of the program, UNCOM partners with the Milwaukee Cultural Arts Alliance and Arts-At-Large to provide an online directory of arts education programming.

Led by partner agency COA Youth and Family Centers, the driver's education program is offered at seven UNCOM agencies, as well as thirteen additional Milwaukee Public School and partner agency sites. A scholarship is awarded to youth who regularly attend after-school programming at one of these twenty locations, meet GPA requirements, and perform a minimum of twenty-five hours of community service.
